Selma Oregon

Selma Oregon is located in the Southwest corner of Oregon. About 18 miles from Grants Pass, Oregon on Highway U.S. 199, (Redwood Hwy.) and 10 miles north of Cave Junction Oregon.  Nested in the Illinois  valley in the Siskiyou mountains, our elevation runs from 1400 feet to 1500 feet. Selma's Deer Creek runs through our part of the valley and into the Illinois River that drains the south side of the valley. We have miles and miles of swimming and fishing holes. In the summer is the greatest time for skinny dipping in the woods. Long summer days and warm summer nights. Clean water and lots of sunshine. I actually thought I died and went to heaven the first summer I spent in the mountains.
